Team Roles and Management
Tena will monitor the progress of the
entire management team ensuring that all goals are met by the specific
deadline. Her role is to coordinate between all team members to ensure
sustainability throughout the course of the pilot, and will collect and record
all progression data for the team to assess at the end of the pilot.
Tena has outstanding
communication, thorough analytic prowess, and stringent dedication to the cause
with experience in consulting and social entrepreneurship.
Rizki will act as the liaison between all
stakeholders as the Head of Operations, as he is the only person fluent in
Indonesian (who’s also in charge of teaching the language to the rest of the
team). He is one of the founding members of Satoe Indonesia, the parent NGO of
this project, and all initial communication will run through this office.
Project feasibility and critical success factors are also to be monitored by
him.
His
experience includes non-profit management, design, and implementation in rural
areas, specifically within Indonesia itself. He is also highly skilled in
stakeholder management.
Friddy will record and assess all
financial projections and data revolving around the Rumah Pintar biogas project.
He will ensure that financial sustainability is feasible and suggest alternatives,
additions, or cuts that will be necessary in order to achieve that. His role also includes evaluating the technical aspects of the biogas plant and energy generation.
He has a deep
understanding of financial and accounting instruments, with experience in
finance consulting and advising.
Sebastian’s role is to monitor and manage the
supply and value chain regarding the pilot. He will track and assess resource
requirements and make appropriate decisions, playing a vital role in
maintaining resource consistency. He reports to Head of Operations and
negotiates with the Financial Manager in terms of costs.
He has a high
level of organizational expertise in dealing with suppliers, with considerable
experience in logistics and supply-chain management for multinationals.
Joshua will
aim to increase
awareness with all stakeholders in realizing the benefits of the project and
evaluate its social impact. He will monitor waste levels in the river, asses
the added-value to the community via electricity generation, fertilizer production,
and biomass fuel use, while assessing the social return on investment.
He has
international experience in both the for-and non-profit sectors. His skills revolve around non-profit
management, international development, and social impact assessment.
I would like to know further on this thanks
